V. EXEMPTIONS

VI. FUNDING

VII. EVALUATION AND REPORTING    
Reporting Institutions report to Coordinating Board: assessment scores, developmental courses required, GPA Coordinating Board will evaluate effectiveness of Success of a statewide basis and with respect to each institution.
