Full-time tenured faculty members of the system may request participation in ER/MS at the age of fifty-five or any time thereafter: (1) if they have credit for five or more years with TRS, or five or more years of participation in ORP, or five or more years of participation with a combination of TRS and ORP; (2) if, under current contract policy, they would otherwise be eligible for continued employment; and (3) have the written agreement of the Chief Executive Officer.
