The Committee reviews cases involving: (1) dismissal of a tenured faculty member; (2) dismissal of a probationary faculty member with an unexpired appointment extending beyond the date of dismissal; and (3) referrals from the Advisory Committee concerning non-reappointment of probationary faculty members as described in Procedure !12.01. Membership includes fifteen full-time tenured faculty who devote one-half or more of their time to teaching and/or research. Faculty may not hold simultaneous members on the Advisory Committee.
