ACADEMIC PROGRAM
The academic program is structured to reflect thecommitment of purpose. We as administrators, counselors, instructors, and tutors are able and more than willing to assist students by providing tutoring, TAKS/SAT/ACT prep sessions, cultural and educational enrichment trips. The seniors will be provided with information about financial aid, scholarships, career choice, college choice and applications.
The summer component is designed to evaluate the academic level of each student and prepare the student for the upcoming year. Students will have an opportunity to reside on campus six weeks and experience "college life" on a college campus. There will be various activities and cultural enrichment trips provided for the students to participate in.
We reward each participant who graduated from high school with a scholarship, which includes tuition of six credit hours, books, and room and board. The scholarship must be utilized during the summer sessions prior to entering the first full semester of college. In order to qualify for the scholarship, the student must be an active participant of the program and accepted to a college or university . |
