Graduation Information for Fall 2008

The deadline to submit a graduation application for Fall 2008 is September 5, 2008.
Please refer to the Academic Calendar for the next graduation filing period.

• VERY IMPORTANT!  Keep your address, email, and telephone information up to date on myLeo.
• The majority of correspondence is sent to your University assigned email account.  Check your email and this website frequently for updates.

NOTE: If you are a College of Business & Technology UNDERGRADUATE student, you should have completed your graduation checkout with your department already.  If you have NOT done so, please review the link below:

As a College of Business & Technology GRADUATE student, you should ignore this step (see your academic advisor).  Once you complete the application for graduation, your name will be submitted to our office.  We will review and if we find any issues with your graduation request will contact you immediately.

Step 2 Complete the Graduating Senior Survey
All UNDERGRADUATE students MUST complete this survey or the graduation application will not be processed. Graduate students may skip this step.

Step 6 Fill out Permanent Alumni Record Information

• Diplomas - Diplomas will be sent via certified mail to your PERMANENT address approximately 6-8 weeks following the ceremony. Please verify your PERMANENT address in myLeo and update as necessary.
