All of our group fitness classes are FREE!

 
 

Classes are in session: August 25th - December 7th 2008

Please arrive 5 minutes before class. No admittance after 10 minutes of class beginning. Athletic attire and shoes are required to participate.

Are you interested in becoming a Group Fitness Instructor? If so, training classes are offered each semester and upon completion you have the option of obtaining employment within the Fitness Division. Both the training certifications and employment options are great resume’ builders for anyone majoring in Health & Human Performance or simply wishing to work in the lucrative fitness industry.
