The Fitness Program is committed to providing a variety of wellness services to help the Texas A&M-Commerce community achieve their health and fitness goals. These wellness services include both individualized programs and group fitness activities that concentrate on improving overall fitness and the mind-body connection..
 
 
 
 

The individualized programs include personal training, fitness assessments, and wellness seminars/clinics. The group programs include various group fitness classes such as yoga, TurboKick™, step aerobics, cardio dance, and X-Bike.

 
     
 

The majority of the Fitness activities take place in the Morris Recreation Center’s Fitness Zone (cardiovascular machines and weight training equipment), Activity Room (group fitness area), and Track (3-lane track which also includes an area for X-Bikes).
