Welcome to the Purchasing Department.  This website provides vendors and prospective vendors with helpful information concerning the department and procurement opportunities.  A&M-Commerce is always seeking reliable vendors to provide the university's procurement needs.

Vendors are encouraged to register with the State of Texas Centralized Master Bid List (CMBL).  Minority and woman-owned vendors are encouraged to be HUB certified with the State of Texas.  More information about the CMBL and the HUB program can be obtained by visiting the proper link on the left.

Vendors should contact the buyer who specializes in the goods and/or services your company provides.  Vendors can contact the appropriate buyer by visiting the Contact A Buyer page.  Complete contact information including hours of operation, department location, and campus map are located in the About Us page.  Finally, a list of Frequently Asked Questions is available for review.
