First-Year Writing Program

Our First-Year Writing Program includes:

• Basic Writing Program (Eng 100/110)
• English 101
• English 102

The Writing Center is deeply involved with our First-Year Writing Program, through their support for writers extends to writers at all levels in all disciplines across the entire campus and surrounding communities.

At A&M-Commerce, we believe first-year writing is worth celebrating, thus at the end of each semester we hold a campus-wide Celebration of Student Writing for all our English 102 students and, often, a number of our English 101 and 100 students. Learn more.
