| Scholarships : Mary Rives Bowman Graduate Scholarship | ||
| A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a graduate student in English. | ||
| Requirements: | ||
| 1. | You must be a graduate student in English | |
| 2. | You must be currently enrolled in graduate courses in English | |
| 3. | Letters of recommendation from two (2) instructors at A&M-Commerce; at least one letter must be from a professor in the student's major | |
| 4. | You must enroll for a minimum of six (6) hours of graduate English courses for Summer I and/or Summer II at A&M-Commerce. | |
| 5. | You must demonstrate financial need. | |
| 6. | You must have a satisfactory GPA in graduate courses. (For those in the first term of graduate work, you will need a letter of support from a current faculty member who has you in class this semester.) | |
| 7. | You must not have any incompletes at the time of the application deadline. | |
| 8. | All applicants must submit a statement requesting consideration and 2-4 paragraphs describing their financial need. | |
