Database Help:
Full articles and books online

Introduction

The library databases listed below provide full magazine, journal, and encyclopedia articles online. Those listed as full-text usually provide only the text of the article, omitting most graphics. The full-image databases provide pictures that look like photocopies of the original printed articles. In addition to full articles, we also have one database (NetLibrary) that contains full books, including pictures and illustrations.

It is important to note that most full-text and full-image databases only have full articles for the last few years. The exception is the archival database JSTOR, which contains the full-image of many older journal articles on various topics.

We also offer information on how to cite full-text books and articles in your bibliography.

Note: Database names are hyperlinked to further information about that database when available.
