Citing Items in Databases

Introduction
This is a quick guide for
citing articles and other items found in our library databases. Sample citations
are provided for a number of formats, along with a full list of our database
URLs to be used in the citations.

A Reference Guide to Using Internet Sources by Andrew Harnack and
Eugene Kleppinger (Boston: Bedford/St. Martin's, 2000). This book can be found
in the Reference Department in the Library (call number TK5105.875.I57 H364
2000). It includes a useful glossary, as well as samples of MLA, APA, CMS,
and CBE citation formats.
- Visit the Writing
Center in room 106 of the Hall of Languages or call (903) 886-5280. Tutors
are available to assist students at no charge.
