- HeirLoom Project Receives Exemplary Status
The HeirLoom Project has been recognized as exemplary by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission in their report to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The HeirLoom Project at Texas A&M University-Commerce Libraries is funded by IMLS and educates small repositories in the digitization and preservation of their collections. Once the collections are digitized they are shared via social networking sites, such as blogs, Facebook, and Flickr and through Texas A&M University-Commerce Libraries' Digital Collections.
- Writing Assistance at Gee Library
The Writing Center's services are once again available for students to use in Gee Library! Writing assistance will be provided Sunday through Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM.
