(Online Courses) Instructor/Course Evaluation

PURPOSE: This evaluation instrument is used to improve the delivery of online instruction. It is completely anonymous. Answers are e-mailed directly to the Department of Instructional Technology and Distance Ed and routed to a central database in the ITDE office for processing. A course statistical analysis will be completed and reported to the faculty member and department head. Individual responses will not be reported.
