CAMPUS HOUSING

The Department of Residence Life is responsible for all campus housing issues. Room options include single and family housing in residence halls or campus apartments. A few residence halls have kitchens. Residence Halls on campus are officially open for moving-in 2-3 days before the first day of class. Official opening date for each semester is listed on your welcome letter. There is no on-campus accommodation before the official move-in date. If you arrive on-campus before the official move-in date, you must arrange for your own temporary off-campus accommodation. To obtain campus housing, you must complete an application and pay a $100.00 deposit. Room assignments are prioritized according to the date your housing application is received, so apply early. Once you arrive, you will be required to sign a contract before moving into your assigned room or apartment. Housing contracts usually require tenancy for a full academic year (Fall and Spring semesters) but the contract period may vary according to which semester you arrive, so be sure that you understand how long the contract will last before you sign. Contract cancellations are rarely permitted.

For application and more information on campus housing see the Residence Life website.
