The Department of Human Resources Management provides assistance to employees wishing to obtain visas or visa extensions as well as petitions for permanent residency. Employees who retain legal counsel are responsible for notifying the Department of HR in writing of such representation. Additionally, all requests from the employee of their counsel must be made in writing to the Department of HR in writing. (See A&M-Commerce HR Rule).
