Texas A&M University Commerce International Graduate Admissions

All international students are required to submit the following documents:

Application (international students can apply online or by a paper application)
Non refundable application Fee $50.00 (fee can be paid by a check drawn on an American bank or a postal money order)
Official GRE or GMAT score reported by Educational Testing Services (our institution code is 6188 - you do not need a department code). Scores over five (5) years old are not accepted.
Official TOEFL score reported by Educational Testing Services (Check with ETS for the department code). Scores over two (2) years old are not accepted.
Official bachelor's and/or master's transcripts along with an official provisional certificate of graduation or your diploma
Sponsor Statement (must be less than one year old )
Sponsor's Bank Statement (show a balance equivalent to $15,500 USD. This statement must be less than one year old)

Please allow ample time for your application to be processed (this may take several weeks). The application process is as follows:

Your completed application packet (including application fee) is received by the Graduate School
Your application is entered into our student information system. You will recieve notification of your Campus I.D. and Pin#
Your application fee is deposited
Your transcript is evaluated
Your bank statement and sponsor statement are checked for the appropriate amount
Your scores from ETS are posted to our student information system.
If all criteria is successfully met, your file goes to the department for their review. (This process can last from a few days to a few weeks)
The department makes a recommendation on admission to The Graduate School
The Graduate Dean makes a decision on admission
You are notified by mail of the admission decision
