BILLING INFORMATION

Beginning with the Spring 2006 semester, Texas A&M University-Commerce will not long send paper bills unless specifically requested.  Billing notices will be sent to campus email addresses only.  It will be the student's responsibility to review their email account regularly and to forward billing information to third parties (parents, employers, etc) if necessary.

Student Account billing information is available through MyLEO.  This is information is real-time - reflecting charges and payments as they are posted to our student accounting system.  Payment deadlines are available online at

as well as in other published class schedules. 

 

Tuition/fees, student housing charges and meal plans are due in full on the first payment date for each term.  Students may opt for payment by installment during the Fall and Spring terms which requires payments of 1/2 charges on the first payment date with subsequent payments equal to 1/4 charges at specific dates during each semester.  The installment plan is not available during summer semesters or for mini-terms.

Students who cannot make payment as described above may apply for assistance through the University Loan Office.  Short-term tuition loans are available to pay tuition/fees only.  These loans are due before the end of the term and carry a 5% interest rate.   Contact the Loan Office or go to
