Drop Refunds

Refunds are based on total assessed tuition, not total tuition paid.  A class dropped by the official reporting date will result in a reduction in total assessed tuition provided the student remains enrolled for that semester.  Students paying in installments will not receive a refund, but remaining installment payments will be reduced accordingly.  No reduction will be given for courses dropped after these days.  Financial aid refunds are picked up in the Loan Office.  Other refunds for dropped classes are mailed approximately three weeks after the 1st class day.

2nd class day 3 week courses
4th class day 5 week summer semesters
7th class day 10 week summer session
12th class day Fall & Spring semesters
