Question:  How much do I owe?  What classes am I registered for?
Answer:  This information can be obtained by or using WEBTRAX    http://webtrax.tamu-commerce.edu/

Question:  How much do I have to pay to hold my schedule?
Answer:  A minimum payment of one-half of tuition and fees must be maintained by schedule removal dates during the fall and spring semesters.  Full payment must be maintained during mini and summer terms.  Caution! Students adding classes after an initial payment is made must maintain full payment for mini and summer terms and at least one-half payment of tuition/fees for fall/spring terms.

Question:  Will my schedule be removed if my payment is postmarked by the payment deadline?
Answer: 
Yes.  The schedule removal process only recognizes receipted payments.

Question:  Can I pay my tuition/fees in installments during the summer?
Answer:  No, the installment payment plan is NOT available for mini and summer terms.  Tuition/fees must be paid in full.  Click LoanOffice for information about short term signature loans. 

Question:  When are late fees assessed?
Answer:  A $50 late registration fee is assessed for students registering beginning the first class day of each semester.  A $20 late payment fee is assessed for past due balances greater than $50 for the 2nd and 3rd installment payments.  A $25 late payment fee is assessed on delinquent student loan balances.

Question:  What happens if my check bounces?
Answer: 
Returned checks must be paid in cash, money order or cashier's check.  A service fee of $20
per check is also assessed.

Question:  What form of payment will University cashiers accept?
Answer: 
Personal check, cash, money order, cashier's check, credit card (VISA, MasterCard and Discover).

Question:  Can anyone pay on my account?
Answer:
    Yes, however checks used for payment to a student's account are the responsibility of the student.  The student's account number is also required.

Question:  Do financial aid and scholarships apply to mini terms?
Answer:  No

Question:  Will a thesis/dissertation waiver hold my schedule?
Answer:  No

Question:  Does a Hazelwood waiver cover full tuition/fees?
Answer:  No.  It does not waive the student service fee.
