Allowing Pop-Ups in XP with Service Pack 2

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Select the Tools menu item.

3. Select  Internet Options.

4. Select the Privacy tab.
5. Click Settings at the bottom of the window.

6. Type http://outlook.tamu-commerce.edu in the window labeled "Address of Web site to allow:"
7. Click Add.
8. Click ok, apply, or close until all windows are closed.
9. Close Internet Explorer and then open a new instance of Internet Explorer.
10. Logon to your web mail and try again.
