There is Banner Self-Service (myLEO) , Banner Production, and WebFocus.
Banner Self-Service (myLEO), in addition to being the interface used by students to access their records, email, and online classes, is used by Faculty and Advisors for entering grades, accessing class rosters, advising students, etc. Banner Production is used by those (such as Registrar's Office, Admissions, Graduate School, etc) who enter or change student information other than that accessed by faculty and advisors. Finally, WebFocus is used to generate reports, such as number of students, number of transfer students, number of students with certain majors, etc.
You must apply for a Banner Production account by filling out an application (found here) and returning it--with original account holder and department head signatures--to the office of Technology Services [Room 156 of the Business Administration building]. Your account will be added and you and the department head will be emailed to let you know your account has been created.
In order to get a Banner Self-Service account, the person must be classified as faculty or advisors and must request this access through the department of Academic/Student Affairs. Once they are flagged as faculty (or advisor), it takes a few hours for their new status to be picked up so that they can logon to the myLEO portal. They can be reached at 903-886-5020.
